Zoegesis is a literary imprint built on a simple conviction: biology is the richest story we have, yet it is rarely told that way.

For most of its history, biology has been written as science. Precise, dense, and often inaccessible to those who do not already speak its language. The result is a divide. The biologist understands the mechanism. Everyone else receives a simplified version, or something distorted.

Zoegesis exists to close that gap. Not by simplifying biology, but by elevating it into literature. We publish work that speaks from within the body. Cells, organs, molecules, and systems become narrators. The story is not removed from the science. It is built from it.
